This is an immersive Mastermind program where you will be in guided action throughout.

By the end of this program, you will have planned, created and posted 5-8 strategic, highly searchable videos which are intended to attract, support and flow audiences into client-status.

✅ Week 1: Big Beginnings! We kick off by creating a fully functional and professional YouTube channel 🥳 By the end of this week, your channel will be ready to receive viewers who are facilitated to become customers or clients. You will be introduced to my Channel Success Recipe™ which reveals the key elements that create a successful YouTube channel

We’ll be referring to Modules 1-3 of the YouTube for Coaches (YFC) Private Portal for easy actioning.

✅ Week 2: Your Channel Strategy. We will be fulfilling Element #1 of my 5-Element Channel Success Recipe™ so that your videos can be found by new audiences with ease. This is one of the most important themes which pulls the power of search engine 🔍 and therefore, will continuously be woven into future actions until you reach mastery.

Module 4 of the YFC Private Portal will remove the “guess-work” from your ideal video list.

✅ Week 3: Scripting & Filming techniques that will completely shift the results that your videos create. This week, you will discover the difference between videos which are “good to watch” versus videos which are “great to buy from”. We’ll be visiting Modules 5 & 9 of the YFC Private Portal as our resource.

✅ Week 4: The ONE editing technique that nobody talks about (but makes the entire difference to the power of your video). This technique is the EASIEST step, but often overlooked. When you master this, you will know exactly how to shape an effective video with minimal effort 🪄

✅ Weeks 5, 7, 9 & 11 are Live Co-Working Action Days for real-time guidance, direction, and support while in action. The goal of these action days is to provide you with guidance so that you can master the art of RESEARCH and RANKING on YouTube, creating magnetic graphics, scripting and filming, and refine the skills that you need so that you can be independent in the long-run 💪

Think of this week like opening the gate to an authentic sales conversation.

✅ Week 8: Intuition + Strategy. How to float your creative nudges and back them with YouTube strategy. This week is about learning how to use the tools alongside your intuitive nudges. Instead of boxing you into a one-size-fits-all strategy, I will show you how to shape strategy to work powerfully alongside your inner power ⚡️

✅ Week 10: Activating Speed with Analytics 📈 The numbers will show you if your videos need tweaking…yes! Beyond Comments & Likes, there are other powerful stats which reveal how you can optimise audience attraction and increase your ability to reach new audiences with virality. You will learn how to access, read and use these analytics.

✅ Week 12: Final Week! Everything comes together and you will see exactly how everything that you have learned is applicable to creating videos on other social media platforms! YES…everything that you learn from this program can increase the success of your marketing on any other platform (should you choose to still use them). From applying your learnings to Instagram Reels and Tiktoks, all the way through to creating Ad content that converts!
